"I really enjoyed the property. My only not so good comment is when I looked for the property it shows 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. It is a little misleading, but now I understand why. The property is small and if it had a bathroom it would be so annoying when the other guests have to use it. Looking forward for next year to take my grandkids. "

"The house is good for a large group with comfortable beds, clean linens and lots of seating. Location on river is pretty and it was a good base for our mountain biking group. It is nestled in the woods and very quiet. We did have some issues worth noting though. The refrigerators were leaky and smelled very bad; we had to clean them both when we arrived. The oven was also not clean on the bottom with baked on food, causing a lot of smoke when we used it and the smoke alarm going off repeatedly. The burners in the grill were deteriorated and therefore cooked unevenly. The WiFi was not working for the first several days of our stay. The host tried to troubleshoot it with us remotely but ended up having to call the internet provider to fix it. While we knew the house is rustic from the description, there were some basic things that could’ve helped if fixed, such as lighting, broken knobs/handles, mirrors falling apart and one not affixed to the bathroom wall, cracked sink, etc. The host was very communicative and did get the cleaning staff to come back and eventually the WiFi issue was also resolved. "
