This characterful house boasts four comfortable bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a spacious open-plan living area that includes a fully-equipped kitchen, a cozy lounge, and a dining room. Set within a gated and enclosed garden, the house features a 5m x 10m private heated swimming pool that offers complete privacy and seclusion as it is not overlooked by neighboring properties. The pool area is fenced and secured for added safety.

This independent house with a garden and private pool is exclusively for you and your guests. Although not part of the Domaine de Rochebonne, the property is managed by our team. You can find a bakery, a butcher, and a pharmacy within a 5-minute walk in the village of Luzac. Just a 10-minute stroll will take you to the nearby village of St Just Luzac, where you can enjoy a shaded terrace in a bar-tabac, a bakery, a restaurant, and a grocery store. Within a 5-minute drive from Luzac, you can reach the lively town of Marennes, where you will find two large supermarkets, bakers, newsagents, numerous restaurants, shops, markets, a cinema, a leisure port, parks, squares, and a beach.

The accommodation features four bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a large open-plan living area that comprises a lounge, dining room, and kitchen.

On the ground floor, there is one bedroom with a double bed and French doors that lead to the patio. The ground floor also includes a bathroom with a shower. The spacious open-plan living area includes a lounge equipped with a flat-screen LCD TV, a video player, a hi-fi system, a DVD player, and Wifi. There is also a dining room with a wood-burning stove for the winter months and a fully-equipped kitchen with a washing machine, a dishwasher, and a microwave. The house has central heating and a wood-burning stove for cosy winter nights.

On the first floor, there are three bedrooms: one with a double bed and a single bed, one with a double bed, and one with three single beds. There is also a bathroom with a shower. The beds can be arranged to suit individual needs, and baby cots and high chairs are available.
