"Helpful staff. Great exercise room. Location close to restaurants and a mall."

"First, NO elevator. If your room is on the second floor you have to carry your luggage up and down. Air conditioning struggled but it was OK. Room itself was nice, large, and comfortable. Not sure about all the rooms however ours had air jets in the bathtub. Not sure I would stay in St. John again however if I did and I decided I would be OK with the stairs I would probably stay here again. Note: they have limited parking."

"Difficult to lock exterior door if on a main floor room. Little privacy if on a main floor rooms as you back on to the parking lot. If you want to open curtains in the morning people walking or driving by can see into your room. Would be nice to have sheers to have a little more privacy. "
