"The pictures for this property are very misleading. The place is very outdated and there’s a horrible smell that comes from the shower. On day of checkin I was sent an email outside of the hotels.com site asking for a deposit even though my booking was paid up front. It was a little bit sketchy. "Lovely, spacious, clean & comfortable room, although the pillows were too hard for me. Friendly & helpful staff. Great choice for buffet breakfast, unfortunately marred by other guests, piling plates high or making packed lunches, in which case we & others were waiting for dishes to be replenished. The amount of food waste left on empty tables was at times totally obscene, but this of course, is not the hotels fault. The indoor pool did not feel heated at all, so we didn’t use. The shuttle buses should be more frequent during busy periods, packed in like sardines if you manage to get on, but again, this is not the hotels fault."
