Piscine sale (feuille, algue verte). Domage en plein mois d’aout. Etonnant de voir les nouveaux proprietaires se baigner dans la piscine, regarder le home cinema dans la salle commune ou fumer sous les balcons empechant les clients d’aerer. Contrairement a ce qui est indiqué sur le site, renvoi vers l’office du tourisme pour les conseils. Chambre correctes et propres. Les anciens commentaires ont l’air destinés a l’ancienne gestion.

Refused entry to pool before checkin, no AC
We were super disappointed by our stay here. With this heat, we often book hotels on saturday nights to enjoy the pool Sat/Sun, and to sleep with AC (I'm pregnant and my husband's asthma is hard on him on hot nights - AC helps). We've never had a problem doing this anywhere else. First, we arrived at 12pm to find the hotel doors locked. We called, and were told we couldn't check in or use the pool until 4pm, but we could call back at 2pm to see if it's possible. We sat outside in the heat for 2 hours waiting. At 2pm we called back and messaged multiple times (owner's cellphone and desk) but she didn't answer (later claimed her phone wasn't with her). Another couple arrived around 2:30pm with the same idea (they had been told it was NO PROBLEM to use the pool before check in). They called the same number and she picked up right away. Turned out she was inside the whole time, just refuses to let people in depending on how her day is going (she told me she was having a bad day, but I see in the other reviews this isn't the first time people have been refused entry or to stay after checkout time). Then, as we were finally waiting to check in, another guest asked if their room had air conditioning, and she replied that it has "natural air conditioning" - whatever that means. Our room ended up being in the street side of the building and we had to sleep with the windows wide open for air - it was super loud until 2am so neither of us slept. Wish we had just stayed home.

It is right the door was closed at 12pm (restaurant is closed on saturday for lunch, opened all the days for dinners ) It is also right I invited you to call me back at 2pm to see if it is possible for you to use our swimming pool ...people can stay till 11.00 am in their room and use all the day after the pool and you can read other rewiews, many people appreciate the job of all the staff ! You're pregnant, it is great news, congratulations , sorry for your husband's asthma ) Well, as you write you were both in the pool as other people at 14.45 am, your room is with Combe Laval view, very quiet and perfect for people coming sooner than the time clearly indicated (sun in the morning only...) You didn't take time to say good bye , I hope next time you will find the perfect hotel ready especially for you at 12.00 h and you will enjoy it till 12.00 pm! Best regards,

After booking another hotel only to be told 1 hour away from landing at the destination it was not longer an option, we were in a state of panic and booked Hotel Le Castel Fleuri. Initial impressions were "nice 70's shag pile' upon heaving luggage up the 56 steps to our 3rd floor room. Cardio workout complete for the day, the room, whilst really basic, offered hugely appreciated aircon and a nicely decked out bathroom. We were on the hunt for food, and the impression on the hotel told us to look elsewhere, which we did, but to no avail, so returned with grumbling bellies and with no expectation at all regarding the offerings at the hotel. How wrong we were. Sat on a lovely terrace, overlooking the pool area and local countryside, the food was, quite simply, divine! On the recommendation of the host, I had local trout, whilst my fella opted for the impressive seafood salad. Replete is the only word to be used. Don't expect flash, and possibly not for the clean freaks amongst you, but if you are looking for somewhere unpretentious, that delivers on service and great food, this this the place for you.

Un peu cher rapport qualité prix
Très bel accueil hôtel rénové piscine super restaurant au top rapidement lumière ne fonctionne pas plastique sur pomme de douche joint de 2 lits au lieu d’un grand lit manque table de chevet dommage donc le prix 130 euros un peu excessif

Très bonne adresse
Bon accueil par une équipe jeune et souriante. Changement de propriétaires récent et des travaux de rénovation à venir. Chambre et salle de bain nickel. Je conseille également le resto sur place excellent! Le jardin à l’arrière est une agréable surprise que la façade ne laisse pas entrevoir.

Geweldig leuk hotel midden in de Vervors!
Heel erg leuk hotel op een fantastische plek in de Vercors. Wij hebben hier tijdens onze trip 2 keer overnacht. Alide, de eigenaresse, doet er alles aan om het je naar de zin te maken. Werkt erg hard, maar niks is haar teveel. 1 avond gegeten, de andere avond in het dorp (1 min lopen). Heerlijk zwembad :-). Ontbijt ook super. Nette kamers, zalige douche!

Halte sur la route des vacances
Arrivés par hasard à cause des bouchons sur la route des vacances. Accueil familial très sympathique. Hôtel très calme. Climatisation à prévoir en plein été. Porte et cloison de douche à revoir. Bon restaurant. Belle terrasse donnant sur la montagne et le jardin. Petit déjeuner un peu cher pour les petits enfants de moins de 5 ans qui ne mangent pas beaucoup.
