Immeuble de bonne facture trĂšs bien placĂ© , appartement vue sur mer avec deux balcon terrasse C’est la seule chose de bien, par contre Ă  savoir : Ensemble des huisseries mĂ©talliques des baies fenĂȘtres ruissellent de rouille. On ne voit que ça ! Boiserie de lit dĂ©catie et d’une autre Ă©poque. Placard de chambre bricolĂ© d’un doublage en polystyrĂšne sans aucune profondeur et de propretĂ© douteuse ( impossible de ranger les vĂȘtements qui resteront dans la valise ) SĂ©choir Ă  linge inutilisable complĂštement rouillĂ© bon pour la dĂ©chĂšterie. CanapĂ© de propretĂ© Ă©galement douteuse ( l’agence nous donne d’ailleurs une housse couvre matelas pour le recouvrir) Ensemble sans charme qui nĂ©cessite une rĂ©novation complĂšte ArrivĂ©s samedi soir, parti lundi matin !!

En nous annonçant que les frais de dossier avaient bien Ă©tĂ© encaissĂ© mais pas les frais pour notre chien donc 40€ non prĂ©vus
