"It’s a decent hotel residence about 30 mins away from Annecy. Quiet and safe. The biggest advantage is working air conditioning in the summer because it gets hot and you need it. Staff is very accommodating as well. Underground parking is good but tight spaces make it a bit difficult to park. Breakfast options are average (good thing is you at least get boiled eggs). Price is a little on the higher side which we felt is not justified. "

"It’s converted accommodation underneath the main house which is not obvious from the advertisement.The accommodation seems unfinished and quite shabby in places. The toilet is not a very nice. We had to pay extra for sheets and towels. We stayed in 4 places during our holiday in the south of France and this was the most expensive and easily the worst we stayed in."
