"Very welcoming host who was always available for help or advice if needed, but left us to enjoy the property by ourselves. The kitchen is really well supplied! Several reviews mention this, and it’s true. Also plenty of plates, glasses and cutlery which isn’t always the case. Very clean and comfortable. Excellent facilities. Locally, we probably weren’t very adventurous with restaurants etc, but we did use the excellent nearby tram service into Orléans. It’s affordable and runs every 20 mins....

"The Odalys was perfectly situated for our stay as we were based at the ice rink which is only 1 street away. The room was pleasant, the bed relatively comfortable although only one pillow each. The self catering facilities were adequate for our needs, however there was only one drinking glass and the table was very wobbly. Overall it was good, and was what we expected for the price: no frills, clean accommodation."

"The rooms are really new. So new that I can still smell it. I’m sure the smell will be done in a couple months. Other than that, staff is nice and room is very comfortable. However, only one of us were able to use the QR code on the doors to unlock them even after following all the instructions. We were also expecting a designated parking spot, but it turns out to just be street parking. Breakfast was wonderful, would be great if there are food options other than carbs."

"Il y a tout ce qu’il faut dans la cuisine et salle à manger (vaisselle et couverts à foison )et dans les chambres (deux matelas accolés de taille différente dans l’une d’elle donc peu confortables) Petit bémol mais bon à savoir du fait de l’emplacement dans la campagne on ne capte pas facilement avec les téléphones !et un gros souci de mouches dans une chambre donc chasse aux mouches tous les soirs ...et des cadavres de mouches ici et la dans la maison je ne pense pas que l’aspirateur fut passé...

"This apartment is in a perfect location for enjoying all Orleans has to offer! A quick walk over the bridge brings you directly into downtown and all its restaurants, shops, galleries, and other attractions. The building is large and was well spread-out for our group of five adults and one infant, with a rooftop deck, eat-in dining room, spacious first-floor shower room with laundry, and living room with couch and floor space. "This is a wonderful place to stay, close to Orleans and within easy reach of both towns and countryside. The gîte was clean, very well equipped and the owner friendly, welcoming and helpful. The villagers were also friendly and forgiving of our French!! The swimming pool at the gîte was a high spot for us all and we swam every day. We would thoroughly recommend a stay here."

"This hotel needs to be moved into the 21st century. The initial view of the hotel from the outside is good, but that’s about all that is good about it. You struggle to find the entrance to Reception, when checking in you are given your room key that doubles up as a weapon thanks to the size and weight of the keyring. The lift was not working so cannot comment on that but the carpet on the stairs has to be at least 30 years old, so thread bare and worn (seen better carpet in derelict properties)....
