Tea and coffee making facilities, dressing gown and slippers and complimentary shower gel and shampoo. Very spacious bathroom with two sinks, large spa bath and two showers in a large cubicle! Loads of space in the bed room to move about in, a living area with fire and TV as well as a table and chairs to eat from. Comfortable beds and crisp sheets. Polite, welcoming service . Top quality hotel. Great for a celebration weekend away . Highly recommend! "

"Two weeks into our holiday, this is the loveliest place we have stayed so far. The owners were both so friendly and helpful, and the room was gorgeous. Lots of very thoughtful little touches. It was nice to be just off the main road and nice and quiet, but still very easy walk to everything. I can recommend this accomodation without hesitation, and if I am lucky enough to come back to Hanmer springs again I would stay here again in a heartbeat."
