Located on the 4ᵉ floor (with lift), it comprises a lovely 15 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, a beautiful bedroom and a shower room. We're waiting for you!
The accommodation comprises - 15 m² living room with TV, double sofa bed and dining area - A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher (shelves provided), hob, etc. - One bedroom with 2 single beds (90x200) that can be joined together to form a double bed (new bedding). - A shower room with shower and washing machine. - Separate WC
Outside area : - A 6 m² balcony with side sea view, enclosed by sliding doors. The balcony has furniture (1 table, 4 chairs and 2 chairs) to enjoy the sunny days.
The flat is ideally located in Saint-Hilaire-de-Riez, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
Transport : If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the residence's private outdoor car park (1 car).
