"Die Wohnung ist leider schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Die große SchiebetĂŒr der Loggia lĂ€sst sich nicht mehr komplett (dicht) schließen. Alle TĂŒren sollten mal neu eingestellt und ausgerichtet werden. FĂŒr 4 Personen zu klein. Zum GlĂŒck gibt es noch die TĂŒr im Flur ehe das Wohnzimmer anfĂ€ngt, denn im Stockwerk roch es sehr stark nach Rauch welcher auch in dem Flur der Wohnung noch zu riechen war. Das Geschirr war teils etwas schmutzig und bei Anreise war die Wohnung auch nicht frisch gereinigt...

"We visited St Helaire as a first family car trip to France. The travel days were a little stressful but ran so smoothly thanks to French roads being so much easier to drive along than British roads. The apartment was perfect, the views stunning especially at sunset. The sea breeze was cool and refreshing.we don't mind walking but thought that we were a little too far from things to want to walk everywhere. This is the only thing we could find that wasn't perfect and does not mean you can't walk...

"We booked weeks in advance and arrived after a four hour drive to be told that we couldn't use car park because we did not reserve parking. Hotels.com gave no options to reserve and the listing details say nothing about reservation. There was no on road parking available. The manager kept saying it is clearly marked and I showed him it wasn't. Eventually the young lady on reception worked something out to park at the side of the hotel. That night and before we left two parking spaces remained available in the parking. So frustrating and needless stress. The room was very basic and looked nothing like the photos. Breakfast buffet was very basic and poor value for money. No gluten free or lactose free options despite messaging twice in advance. If I didn't bring my own food I would have had nothing yet still paid for breakfast!!! The coastline is beautiful but the town was lacklustre. It was not even that cheap! Go elsewhere. Paid much less for much better, overpriced and underperforming hotel. We would have left were it not for the really friendly and helpful young lady on reception. "
