"Die Wohnung ist leider schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Die große Schiebetür der Loggia lässt sich nicht mehr komplett (dicht) schließen. Alle Türen sollten mal neu eingestellt und ausgerichtet werden. Für 4 Personen zu klein. Zum Glück gibt es noch die Tür im Flur ehe das Wohnzimmer anfängt, denn im Stockwerk roch es sehr stark nach Rauch welcher auch in dem Flur der Wohnung noch zu riechen war. Das Geschirr war teils etwas schmutzig und bei Anreise war die Wohnung auch nicht frisch gereinigt...

"L'appartement est très lumineux et bien entretenu. Il est idéalement situé, à deux pas de toutes les commodités et en même temps "les pieds dans l'eau". C'était un plaisir de se réveiller chaque matin avec la vue sur la mer. Possibilité de ne pas utiliser la voiture de tout le séjour, tout est accessible à pieds. Florence est accueillante et a été disponible avant et pendant le séjour. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter."

And ideally you can park your car inside the gates for safety, I found this very important as I was travelling by car from Ireland and I wanted the car safe. The perfect stay
"On arrival, we were warmly greeted by the housekeeper who showed us around the property. She obviously does a very good job as it was spotless and we immediately felt at home. She made it clear that she would be on call at anytime should we need anything and gave us the perfect start to our holiday - thank you Marjorie for being so lovely! The property was formerly a family home but is now solely used for rental. It had everything we needed from kitchen facilities to bedding and towels (€25 paid on arrival) and everything was clean and worked perfectly. We literally had no problems at all. The garden wraps around the property and was fully enclosed making it perfect for our dog who loved it too!! With a huge supermarket only 800 metres away (exactly - we checked!!) and all the amenities of the town nearby, the location could not have been better. It was peaceful and away from any major roads meaning we didn’t hear anything other than the birds and the trees.. We have stayed in many rental cottages in France and the UK and this was one of the best. We cannot recommend it highly enough - the pictures used to advertise it do not do it justice. It is much nicer in real life!!"
