The hotel is at a walking distance from old town and Sherbrooke metro station right in front of it which are very convenient. The room was clean. There was a hole in the wall due to the door handle but otherwise everything was clean and nice. Breakfast was included. Complementary spa was also included if staying for 5+days. The staff were friendly and nice. Overall a nice place.

the place is legit, You cant find it on maps under the name "hotel monroe" but the address is real. The hotel itself is nice. the only problem is BUGS and SPIDERS. my whole room and balcony had bugs everywhere. so many spider

Nice hotel, quite a walk from old town but close to the train station. Lovely outdoor pool. and other outdoor spaces. Our room felt a little dark and there was carpet lifting in the hallway so thats why I'm giving it 4 stars instead of 5

The suite (appreciated the upgrade) was very nice and spacious if a little dated. It was very clean. The hotel was in a perfect location with easy access to the Place des Festivals, Old Montreal, and the train station. The breakfasts were nice and convenient. The room could have used more lighting (both the bedroom and living rooms were dark at night - I couldn’t see to work at the desk) and some real plates/utensils in the kitchen would have been nice. I’ll definitely be back next year!
