NEW LISTING -- Charming 3 bedroom home on quiet street close to beach access

Great location with quick walk to beach access and short ride or walk to the Beach Club and pools. 3 bedrooms (large master) 2 full baths, deck great for relaxation. Seven (7) day rental required during summer season usually rented Saturday to Saturday. All guests must have an amenities card to access pools, restaurants, golf which can be ordered through the club system for an extra charge. Golf cart not included in rental, but can easily be rented through local companies.

Great house and location.

We enjoyed our stay. The house was very clean and well stocked. Great location close to the beach access and the beach was not as crowded as the accesses closer to the center island.

Dragon home

A Gem - Right down the street on the beach access road

Hurricane Debbie almost ruined our trip, but by the time we arrived on Thursday, the sun was out and the streets on Fripp Island were passable! I had been communicating with our gracious host, almost daily, and she was so easy to work with. Her house is decorated so cute, with a relaxing lanai, and well stocked kitchen. Plenty of bedrooms and Large living room to accommodate 7 guests! I definitely would rent this VRBO again!

We’ve stayed at different houses on this street for several years. It’s a great location with superior access to the beach and central to other island amenities. Lots of beach gear to supplement what you bring. The house is a good size for a family of 5 with teenagers and clean. Owner was responsive and easy to work with. Couple of suggestions….Porch, porch, porch. Low country vacation homes need a useable porch with comfortable seating. There were 2 porches and only 1 had seating but it was basically a hodge podge of dining chairs. No covered area, no couches or cushioned chairs, no tables, no umbrellas. Relaxing on a porch to read a book or gather as a family after a long day at the beach is a must. TVs - there are no SmartTVs or streaming sticks to allow streaming or on demand viewing. Limited cable channels are your only option. Yes, you’re at the beach and TVs are secondary, but there are rainy days and sometimes you just want to watch a movie as a family or binge watch a show at night. This is really the new norm and the 2 TVs in the house are about a decade behind the times.Overall, good stay and we had great family time and enjoyed ourselves.

This property is just what we needed! Perfect location and adequate room with the best hostess you could ever ask for. Barbara Farrier and her husband are the kindest and most efficient hostess I have ever had! Easy to contact and so helpful with info on island. Will definitely go back!!

Wonderful Vacation Spot!

We had a wonderful stay! The property is on a nice, quiet street near the beach. Everything was well stocked and clean upon our arrival. Barb was available for any questions and very attentive. The kids enjoyed seeing all the marsh’s wildlife (turtles and alligators a plenty!) from the deck. It’s the perfect spot for a family!

Enjoyable 4th of July Weekend

We come down to Fripp annually for the 4th of July and like checking out the different properties on the island. This property had a great location, very central to everything and an overall pretty quiet road. The house was clean and equipped with everything that we needed for our stay. Would definitely recommend for family travel.

Fantastic Fripp experience

Great location! The house is less than a 5 minute walk to the beach and easy walking distance to the beach club (pool, ice cream, tennis). The house is well appointed, owners are very responsive, and watching the neighborhood deer (and even a baby alligator) provided us with bonus entertainment each day. Highly reccomend. We want to go back!

Location, Location, Location and CLEAN

We rented this fantastic property for a family spring break and this home is very clean and cozy. The home is perfectly situated mid island and very close to the beach. We enjoyed being secluded away from traffic taking in it's relaxing atmosphere. The ownership is top of the charts! Barb really takes pride in making sure everything it going well for guests! The master bed in amazingly comfortable! I already tried to rent it again 😃

Fantastic!

My mom, best friend, sister-in-law, niece (3), and nephews (1.5, 5) had the privilege of staying in this house on Fripp this year. We’ve been coming to Fripp for awhile now and this was definitely one of our favorites! House was fully stocked with essentials for living and dining (dishes and cookware), beach chairs and other beach equipment, and was so comfortable, you felt at home. The house is right above a lagoon so it’s so nice to sit on porch and watch the wildlife! It’s also two blocks from a beach access so super close to walk (if you don’t have a family’s worth of stuff) or a quick golf cart ride. Sea Dragon is on the middle of the island so it’s close to everything like pools and restaurants! We loved everything about this house. It was also super nice to have a shower and hose to wash off the beach before going into the house and to hose off our equipment before heading home. Definitely recommend for families or groups of friends!

Great House

This property is well equipped, roomy, and very comfortable. The foliage around the property gives it a very private and secluded feel. It is close to the beach and the main island amenities. We very much enjoyed our stay.

Wonderful beach home!

We had such a wonderful trip to Fripp and will definitely be back! The house was the perfect location. It was close to the beach and it was such a quiet part of the beach. The owner, Barb, is a great communicator! She is so friendly and helpful. We loved watching the gators bask in the sun next to the house and there are so many deer! The house is well stocked and the beds are pretty comfortable! We would definitely book this property again. If you have kids, book the nature cruise through the activity center. It was a highlight of the trip for sure! Also, book a golf cart as soon as you schedule your trip, especially if you need a 6 seater!
