The Space:

717 Pompano is an elegant three-story home located in the heart of Fripp Island. This four-bedroom, four-and-a-half-bath home is perfect for groups or family gatherings. Four rows from beach access, this house comfortably accommodates up to 13 people and offers stunning ocean views from the upper-level living room, dining room, and kitchen porch.



It features an inverted floor plan, with the primary bedroom, kitchen, dining room, and living room on the third floor. The primary bedroom features a king bed, a jacuzzi tub, and an en suite bathroom, with great views from the deck. The spacious gourmet kitchen includes two extra-large refrigerators, a wet bar, a gas stove, and an espresso maker. There is also a hall half bath for easy access on the third floor.



The second floor includes the rest of the bedrooms and the laundry room. The secondary primary bedroom features a king bed, two twin beds, and an en suite bathroom. The office has a queen sleeper sofa, a large table for puzzles or playing games, and plenty of natural light. The next bedroom features a queen bed and an ensuite bath. The last bedroom has a queen bed, a twin futon, and an en suite bathroom. All bedrooms have deck access, allowing for many unique areas to socialise and hang out.



All bedrooms, the living room, and the office have a TV. Cable TV is available in the third-floor primary and living rooms. High-speed wireless internet allows you to stay connected to your favourite streaming applications. An outdoor shower and a gas grill are located in the garage for easy beach cleanup. There is a two-car garage with at least two parking spaces in the driveway.



During your stay, take advantage of the included 4-seat golf cart, your ticket to exploring all that Fripp Island has to offer. Whether you’re heading to the beach, exploring the island’s unique amenities, or simply cruising around to take in the natural scenic beauty, the golf cart provides a convenient and leisurely mode of transport.

Your unit is stocked with a starter set of essentials like toilet paper and paper towels. Springtide Market & Deli (located at the front of the island near the guard gate) stocks all essentials needed for a longer stay as well as groceries, grab-and-go, liquor, beach accessories, and much more!
