    Our Tennis Villa is located just across the street from the beach!



    221 Tennis Villa is an end unit located in the heart of Fripp Island, merely steps away from the Beach Club, Sandbar, Pools, Tennis Courts, and Fitness Center.

    This townhouse condo has been recently updated with fresh paint, new flooring, updated kitchen appliances and more! As you enter our unit, you will find the spacious open living, dining and kitchen areas. The master bedroom has a king size bed, walk in closet, HD TV and master bath. There is a queen pull out sofa in the living room as well as a full bath on the first level. Our villa sleeps 4 in comfort and comes with a fully equipped kitchen and laundry area.



    Enjoy our large private deck that overlooks the beautiful marsh and canal for the chance to see amazing wildlife every day with gorgeous sunsets at night! The villa is also available for shorter stays even during the peak season.



    Guest Cards Included:

    Also included in your rental are up to 4 guest cards! These cards are required for access to all resort amenities including restaurants and bars, pools (opened year-round), golf, pickleball, tennis, fitness center, and more. For current hours of operation please visit our Hours of Operation page on the Resort site as some hours adjust seasonally. Guest cards offer exclusive access to discounted rates on golf and tennis.



    Your unit is stocked with a starter set of essentials like toilet paper and paper towels. Springtide Market & Deli (located at the front of the island near the guard gate) stocks all essentials needed for a longer stay as well as groceries, grab-and-go, liquor, beach accessories, and much more!



    Golf Cart: Not included with the rental. Renters may rent a cart through Fripp Golf Cart Rentals.



    Getting to know Fripp Island:

    Located 20 miles from Beaufort, South Carolina, Fripp Island is a gated, private island, comprised of about six and a half square miles. The views from Fripp Island are unlike others in the Sea Islands, as Fripp is the most seaward of them all.



    Take advantage of the many amenities that Fripp Island has to offer. Fripp Island features a multitude of food and beverage options for your enjoyment. With two championship golf courses, five pool complexes, 6 pickleball courts, 8 tennis courts, and three-and-a-half miles of uninterrupted beach, Fripp Island is an unspoiled treasure. The island also has a full-service deep-water marina, bicycle, paddle board, kayak, boat, and golf cart rentals available.



    Fripp Island is a designated wildlife sanctuary and is also host to many whitetail deer and other amazing wildlife. You will be sure to see them as you enter the island gates.

I reaaly liked how spacious the condo was and location. I was not impressed with the cleanliness. The carpet looked old and dirty. I saw pet hair on couches and pillows in the living room. Needs new sleeping pillows. Dirty! Poor drainage in the sink and bathroom tub upstairs/master bedroom.

We have been coming to Fripp Island for 3 years, this was our first experience with renting from Fripp Island Rentals. The condo was beautiful, clean, and we would stay here again. However, there were some issues that could have been avoided.At check in, our name was not on the reservation, so we had to stop at the main office to "register" and then return to the gate to obtain our car pass (no big deal). The delivery/pick-up fee of the golf cart is not included. Upon arrival, there was no gas grill, which had been assured. A grill and a picture of one was shown in the listing and I had called the week prior to ensure one was there. I was told if not present, it would be provided.When I called, I was told no grill was listed, when I stated the above, they offered an electric grill ("no gas grills were available"). When I said no, I was told it would be brought tomorrow and to call Sally in the morning.I spoke with Sally at 8:30 am, she rude and irritated, She said it would be "brought right over". By 3pm we had not heard an update and no grill had been delivered. I drove to office where Sally refused to speak with me (she was on a phone call, then a meeting). When I stated that I either wanted a grill or compensation the kind woman at the desk sent Sally a message and a grill was delivered.Our trip was amazing, but I expected more from the company named after the island. I shouldn't have to fight for 2 days of my vacation to get what was promised.
