"This is really one of the worst places i have ever been. Poorly managed, unfriendly and unhelpful staff, terrible communication. I find it shocking that a property like this can exist and be offered on Expedia. Strongly recommend delisting from the platform and for people looking at it to avoid at any cost. "
"Be careful booking this location the room and resort were great but our building was under separate ownership which meant it was fully self catered the there were no towels no sheets for the beds only the duvet and pillows which were stained and not pleasant to sleep on. We found a cockroach in one of the kitchen appliances and there was no way of getting service from reception as they had nothing to do with the building/room. Be careful staying here "
"The location is very rural and quiet. The hotel rooms are fine however the bathrooms are dated. Our room and our friends room had hairs all over the bathroom floor and in the bath so it was not clean enough. We had booked the restaurant for dinner and it was not busy when we arrived. However it took about 1h 30 for our food to arrive. We ended up cancelling our starters because it all took so long. "Two families stayed in this beautiful chalet over half term. 4 adults and 6 children. Jean Paul and Francoise gave us a really warm welcome which set our week off to a great start! The photos don’t do the chalet justice - it is very well situated with fab views. Really well equipped with great spaces for us all to eat together and for the children to play. Fun skiing area to explore - loved Les Contamines in particular. Lots of easy parking at all the ski areas. A fun half term of fresh snow and sunshine! Thank you so much - we will be back! "
