Un agréable séjour

Nous avons passĂ© 2 semaines dans cette location et c'Ă©tait vraiment un agrĂ©able sĂ©jour. La location est propre, trĂšs fonctionnelle et calme. La literie confortable. La douche est incroyable 😊 Le jardin n'est pas trĂšs grand (mais franchement ça nous allait trĂšs bien) mais propre et bien Ă©quipĂ©. J'ai aimĂ© la luminositĂ© de la piĂšce principale car la 2Ăšme semaine il n'a pas fait trĂšs beau mais la piĂšce restait trĂšs claire, ce qui Ă©tait trĂšs agrĂ©able. Les propriĂ©taires ont Ă©tĂ© aux petits soins avec nous, toujours prĂȘts Ă  rendre service tout en restant discrets. La plage est Ă  moins de 5 min Ă  vĂ©lo, vraiment pratique. Si nous revenons Ă  l'Ăźle d'OlĂ©ron, nous reviendrons sans hĂ©siter dans cette location. 😊

Maison trÚs agréable

Grande maison (nous étions un couple avec un enfant de 3 ans) avec un petit jardin et son salon pour profiter du beau temps. Rien à redire : accueil sympathique, endroit trÚs calme, literie trÚs correcte, toilettes séparées et équipement de cuisine complet. Bon rapport qualité/prix.

Charmantes Haus in altem Ortsteil von Chaucre

Charmantes 3-Zimmer-Haus im alten Ortskern von Chaucre. BĂ€ckerei 1 Min entfernt. Zum Strand mit dem Fahrrad 5 Min. Das Haus, v a. Die KĂŒche ist gut ausgestattet. Evtl. fehlen ein paar GlĂ€ser und Kaffeebecher, aber sonst sind viele Pfannen, Kochbesteck etc vorhanden. Sehr netter Außenbereich. Der Kontakt mit Pascale und Hubert hat sehr gut geklappt.

Schöner Aufenthalt

Das Objekt ist mitten im alten Zentrum von Choucre, sehr ruhig, das Haus selber alt aber renoviert man merkt durch einige klemmenden TĂŒren das alter des Hauses. Bad und Schlafzimmer gut ,gute Betten,die KĂŒche ist in ordnung einiges etwas verwohnt.Der kleine Garten ist gemĂŒtlich und sonnig mit guten Gartenmöbeln ausser der Grill wĂŒrde ersetzt gehören. Das Haus hat uns gut gefallen und ist zum erkundigen der Insel toll gelegen.

Erholsamer Urlaub

Sehr gut ausgestattetes Haus mit sonnigem, abgeschlossenem Garten in sehr ruhiger Lage. Tolle KĂŒche, hervorragendes Bad und sehr gute Betten/Matrazen. Wir haben uns mit unseren beiden kleinen Hunden sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt. Zufahrt in den Hof zum Parkplatz fĂŒr grĂ¶ĂŸere Autos/Kombis etwas schwierig. Einzig das WLAN war langsam und instabil.

We had a wonderful stay in this sweet cottage. The house is located in the beautiful village of Chaucre with a small boulangerie conveniently located just around the corner and excellent beaches just 5 minutes away by bike.

Annonce mensongĂšre : la maison est dans "son jus"

Maison qui n’est pas entiĂšrement rĂ©novĂ©e comme indiquĂ©, c’est Ă  dire propre et en bon Ă©tat. Peintures toutes Ă©caillĂ©es sur les plafonds, portes et murs, les portes ferment mal (dont une chambre ce qui est gĂȘnant), verrou de la porte de la salle de bain Ă  l’extĂ©rieur et non Ă  l’intĂ©rieur de la piĂšce, vaisselle Ă©brĂ©chĂ©e (certaines piĂšces ne sont vraiment pas prĂ©sentables), lits qui craquent beaucoup. Douche d’apparence rĂ©cente, le lavabo Ă©tant Ă©brĂ©chĂ©, mais systĂšme de coulissage de la porte en verre dĂ©fectueux et celle-ci m’est tombĂ©e dessus au premier usage. La propriĂ©taire qui a reconnu que la maison est « dans son jus », ce qui ne correspond pas au descriptif et qu’il faudrait qu’elle modifie l’annonce. Maison qui Ă©tait sale Ă  notre arrivĂ©e (sauf sols et sanitaires) : sable sur fauteuil et dans les armoires, vaisselle trĂšs sale (du liquide saumĂątre au fond du bac Ă  couverts, des couverts avec des rĂ©sidus de nourritures, des casseroles sales
) et insuffisante (pour les couteaux par exemple, pas de grandes tasses
), grandes toiles d’araignĂ©e aux plafonds, plan de travail de la cuisine non nettoyĂ©. Le lave-vaisselle Ă©tait dĂ©fectueux, j’ai dĂ» nettoyer les buses des ailettes complĂštement encrassĂ©es et remplir le rĂ©servoir de sel. La propriĂ©taire a pris nos remarques avec une certaine dĂ©sinvolture « vous ĂȘtes Ă  OlĂ©ron et pas sur l’Ile de RĂ© », « si les locataires n’utilisent pas les Ă©quipements correctement, je n’y peux rien », voire a Ă©tĂ© menaçante « mon mari va arriver et ce sera une autre chanson, cela se rĂ©glera entre hommes ». Dommage car avec des travaux de rafraichissement et des Ă©quipements en bon Ă©tat de fonctionnement, la maison serait trĂšs agrĂ©able. Toutefois Ă  souligner le prĂȘt de 3 vĂ©los par les propriĂ©taires (en Ă©tat trĂšs moyen de conservation - avec 1 seul antivol et pas de pompe alors qu’un pneu Ă  plat et malgrĂ© mes demandes).
