Seasonal rental for 4 people in St Georges d'Oléron registered with the town hall.
This air-conditioned rental is totally independent. It has its own access and is equipped with 2 French windows.
It is quietly located close to all amenities (bakery 150m, daily market 300m, mini-markets 1km, leisure park 500m, cycle paths 300m). The beaches on the west side (Domino, Chaucre, les Huttes, Seulières) and on the east side (port of Douhet, Plaisance) are 2.5km away.
Pets are not allowed.
No smoking and eating in the room.
Bedding (sheets and duvets) and towels (not beach towels).
When the tenants arrive, the beds are made.
Composition of the rental:
• Bedroom 30 m2 with 1 electric bed of 180x200 and 2 bunk beds of 190x90, quality bedding. A baby cot can be loaned. It is equipped with a large screen TV.
• En-suite bathroom with Italian shower, sink and toilet.
• Closed summer kitchen (with possibility of opening onto the garden) with fridge, gas stove, kettle, coffee maker, table and benches. Maintenance after each use is required. This kitchen is reserved only for the occupants of the room.
• 20m2 terrace available with seats, 2 deckchairs and garden furniture.
• 3 bicycles can be rented at a very advantageous rate.
• Parking in enclosed courtyard 1 car.
• Wifi
• Large screen TV.
• Weekly stay rate from July 12 to August 30 750€ per week for 2 people and 90€ per additional person.
Outside this period the price of the week is 600€ for 2 people and 80€ per additional person.
possible rental for 2 nights minimum at the price of 125€ per night for 2 people and 30€ per additional person.
• 30% deposit, payment of the balance on arrival in the premises, for all stays a deposit check will be requested (400€ justified by the quality of the equipment). This will be returned at the time of departure after inventory. Optional cleaning is 40€ to be paid at the entrance to the premises.
The tourist tax is to be added to the asking price.
