  • Pleasant luxury house completely renovated in 2019 with a surface of 140 m² on a plot of 1300 m² located on one of the most beautiful sandy beaches (supervised in summer) in front of the house 3 mins walk - Large plot closed and planted with barbecue, sunbathing and patio comprising: entrance with cupboard, fully equipped kitchen open to the living room with a wooden terrace overlooking the garden, 1 bedroom with a double bed and dressing room, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and dressing room, shower room, 2 separate toilets, 2 parental suites, one with French window opening onto the terrace with double bed 160 X 200 and private shower room each including a suite with w. vs.
    Enclosed grounds closed by an electric gate. 4 parking spaces. Private bowling green in front.
    Option of renting optional household linen (sheets, pillowcases, 2 hand towels per person, 1 bath mat) and / or cleaning fee. Price on request.

Perfect get-away

We stayed at the property for 10 days end of June-early July. The house is very thoughtfully and generously equipped with everything you need for a perfect family vacation! A minor request was answered promptly and a friendly check-in by the family was very accommodating in the first couple of days. Un merveilleux séjour à Oleron

La maison est parfaitement bien située, à 2 pas de la plus jolie plage d’Oleron.Très bien conçue et très confortable pour 4 couples. Une terrasse surplombant un grand jardin, avec vue sur la campagne et les marais Oleronnais. Bref, rien à redire!

Super schöne Lage

Wir haben wundervolle zwei Wochen in dem Haus verbracht und uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Leider waren die Klos nicht so ganz sauber als wir kamen und die Kommunikation mit der Agentur ziemlich unhöflich. Als wir etwas enttäuscht darüber waren dass keiner vor Ort war bei unserer Ankunft (obwohl vorher nachgefragt wurde) kam per sms, dass wir ja auch wieder heim fahren können, wenn uns das nicht passt. Ziemlich unverschämt und sehr unnötig nach 14 Stunden im Auto. Ansonsten ist das Haus und vor allem die Lage wunderschön. Der Strand ist sehr schön. Es ist alles wie abgebildet. Der Wäscheständer könnte mal erneuert werden.
