We arrived to find the doorhandle of the door the terrace falling off, so no way to lock the door. The house itself is okay, "maritime decor", matresses are covered in somekind of plastic, not very comfortable. Communication with the owner before, during and after our stay was not pleasant.

Notre séjour aurait pu être meilleur si il n'y avait pas eu les travaux juste de l'autre coté de la rue. Travaux bruyants : camion qui klaxonne de façon incessante par moments, ... La salle de bain est assez sombre si on veut avoir une intimité par rapport à l'extérieur. la propreté de celle-ci laissait à désirer : évier, store de la fenêtre évidemment Porte de la cuisine à l'extérieur qui est très difficile à fermer voire impossible ! donc, nous sommes souvent partis en excursion avec cette porte non fermée à clé...

Het huis in St George d'Oleron is prima centraal gelegen en vanuit daar kun je perfect alle plaatjes, het strand, de natuur bereiken op de fiets. Op het eiland zijn veel prachtige fietspaden en dus waren we heel blij dat we de fietsen mee hadden. De accomodatie is verder prima en van alle gemakken voorzien. De bedden hadden voor ons iets groter mogen zijn en iets steviger.

Point de départ pour visiter tous les coins de l'ile d'Oléron. Nous avons été très bien accueillis, avec toutes les explications pour la location. La maison est au calme, la petite terrasse est très agréable pour se reposer. Elle est bien équipée au niveau cuisine et chambre. Le propriétaire est très gentil et les explications ont été très claires.Nous y reviendrons.

Maison très agréable et bien équipée. La terrasse fermée préserve idéalement l'intimité des vacanciers. Seul petit bémol, la baignoire et la douche ne sont pas dissociées. Nous saluons la disponibilité du propriétaire avant la prise de location.

Nous étions 4 adultes pour une semaine de vacances entre amis dans la maison d'Hervé & cette location a répondu à toutes nos attentes : bien équipée, bien située, petite terrasse agréable, Gisèle qui nous accueillait était très sympathique & arrangeante Nous conseillons cette location et reviendrons sûrement Oléron

Jolie maison Oleronnaise, au calme, disposant de tout le nécessaire pour s y sentir bien. Belle décoration. Terrasse très agréable. Un petit bémol sur la salle de bains dans laquelle une douche serait plus pratique que la baignoire avec rideau. Maison bien située par rapport aux petits commerces de proximité et marché alimentaire tous les matins. La plage n est pas très loin non plus. L île d Oléron pleine de charme, mérite d être découverte ou d y revenir….Nous recommandons cette jolie location et cette destination !

Nous avons passé une agréable semaine dans la maison de Hervé. Tout est pensé pour y accueillir les résidents dans les meilleures conditions. La maison est super agréable à vivre, avec tout l'équipement nécessaire (qui va jusqu'au trousseau de clés allen pour réparer une poignée qui m'est restée dans les mains -:). Le jardin est un vrai plus : c'est une vraie pièce supplémentaire à la maison. Le bourg de St Georges est à 5 minutes à pieds et permet de se rendre aux magasins et marché du matin (producteurs locaux) en toute sécurité. La localisation de la maison étant plutôt centrée sur l'île, l'accès aux différents points intéressants d'Oléron est facilité. La maison se situe dans un quartier à la fois calme et reposant (aucune nuisance durant notre séjour) et le parking privatif permet d'y laisser votre voiture et vélos en toute sécurité. Je conseille vraiment cette maison. Allez-y les yeux fermés.

Leider ist das Haus über 2 Km vom Strand entfernt und nicht 900 Meter, wie auf der Webseite angegeben (was für uns auch ein Grund war, dieses Haus zu mieten). Ansonsten eine schöne Terrasse und eine ruhige Lage (solange die Nachbarhäuser nicht belegt sind)!

Maison très agréable à vivre sur l'ile d'Oléron. Très bien équipée à l'intérieur pour nous permettre de cuisiner les produits locaux et d'un bon niveau de confort. Super accueil de Raymond qui nous met tout de suite à mode "vacances". Seul bémol, la plage est plus à 2 kilomètres et sans trottoirs. Malgré une météo d'automne nous avons passé un très bon moment de relaxation. Merci à nos hôtes !

Het vakantiehuis is ideaal gelegen. Dicht bij de zee en het centrum. Perfecte ligging als uitvalsbasis voor uitstappen. Het huis heeft een zeer leuk terras en in het huis is alles aanwezig met een zeer goed uitgeruste keuken.

cozy 2-bedroom house, decent-size living room with fully equipped kitchen. Great covered terrace which expands your living space and small, but attractive garden. Equipped with everything you need, including piano. 5' walking from beautiful market place of Saint George and walking distance to Foulerot beach. Thorough info by owner beforehand and flexible, warm welcome by housekeeper. thoroughly enjoyed our stay!
