We put at your disposal our holiday home in Saint Georges d'Oléron, ideally located 700m from the beach watched (in summer) Chaucre and its "pool" natural appreciated by children. Also near a surf spot, windsurfing, kitesurfing. This beach is also a fishing spot.
Ideally placed to go for a walk on the dunes or stroll in the charming village of Chaucre, the network of bike paths on the island of Oleron is very dense.
First year of rental.
Bakery nearby. Other shops (market, butcher, bakery, tobacconist and supermarket) are in Cheray, a few minutes by car.
Ideal villa for families, with Wi-Fi, fully enclosed garden, not overlooked and with private parking.
The villa of 90 m² includes all the comforts for an ideal holiday.
For 6 people maximum.
It is composed on the ground floor a living room with kitchen (kitchen utensils, toaster, coffee maker, dishwasher, oven, microwave, plancha, kettle, etc.), and a cozy corner in front the chimney (use of the chimney in winter only) ...
Following this large room, a bright living room will welcome your moments of relaxation with a table, a TV, a sofa bed for 2 people (sheets provided). The large windows open onto a terrace equipped with a garden table and chairs, a parasol and 2 sunbeds.
An independent WC is also available on the ground floor.
Upstairs :
- a bathroom with shower and toilet (towels are not provided).
- a bedroom with a new bed 140 (sheets provided) + storage cupboards
- a bedroom with 2 new beds of 90 (sheets provided) + storage cupboards
