"This place and units is owned by individuals and depending on which unit you get the condition is based on individual unit owners maintenance and taste. The surrounding beach and entire compound is aged and "rustic"so beware. Also it states gym but there realistically is no gym on compund. "

"We enjoyed our stay and especially the outdoor area. The pool and patio were the highlights. The pool was clean and large for a plunge pool. We enjoyed floating and reading in the sun. The patio was shaded and had excellent views over the Raisins Clairs beach. The beach is a less than 10 minute walk and a large Carrefour is a 3 minute drive away. We stayed as a couple, but this property has two bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other with a double. Each bedroom has its own private sink and shower. Carmen was helpful throughout our stay and we communicated often via WhatsApp."
