This place and units is owned by individuals and depending on which unit you get the condition is based on individual unit owners maintenance and taste. The surrounding beach and entire compound is aged and "rustic"so beware. Also it states gym but there realistically is no gym on compund.

Touba Manga Beach has probably been a great (luxury) beach resort but today it is NOT a hotel. Instead, individual apartments owned/managed by private persons on an abandoned hotel ground which needs some maintantenance. Hence, the description of the "hotel" is quite misleading: * 2 standard/plain restaurants: 1 is a low-casual one with simple grill menu. It is also the only place you can get breakfast, where they have a fixed breakfast menu. The other restaurant is trying to be posh but is just a standard tourist restaurant where you can experience food being sold out and they eg. doesn't have freshly squeezed juice as one might expect from both considering the location and how they promote the restaurant. * The bar/snack delight/grill etc. is comprised of the 2 above restaurants * The spa is 1 massage spot in an open spot on the beach * There is no gym * There is no casino * There is no laundry service; though I had a washing machine in my apartment * I didn't see body nor paddle boards available * There is no golf training/course/cart/shop, fishing kayak nor snorkling options * Designer shop was more like a tired upscale tourist shop with an extremely limited selection goods * Small supermarket with very limited selection of groceries - it is also the coffer Pro's: * Right on the beach with available/free beach chairs and umbrellas * Apartment has A/C, wifi and a good equipped kitchen * 4 nice retardants 6 min walk * My owner was very nice and welcomi

ALERTE ARNAQUE!!!!!!!! Cet hébergement n'est pas du tout ce qui est annoncé. Ce n'est pas un hôtel, il s'agit d'un ancien hôtel fermé depuis de multiples années et laissé à l'abandon. Les unités de logement ont été vendues à des particuliers dont notre hôte malhonnête. Il n'y a aucun des services annoncés : pas de bar, pas de restaurants (sauf un médiocre qui ferme à 14h), pas de salle d'entrainement... Il n'y a rien sur place sauf, des anciens commerces et restaurants fermés et barricadés de façon bancale et malpropre... (sous réserve de 4-5 commerces toujours en vie) Dans la chambre, il n'y a même pas une commode pour ranger les vêtements alors vous devez vivre dans vos valises. Le propriétaire arnaqueur et non aidant a installé une petite pôle avec 6 cintres à côté du réservoir à eau chaude pour seul rangement. Les chaises se trouvant sur la plage sont insuffisantes et la moitié sont brisées. Le propriétaire de l'unité voisine se chicane avec sa conjointe tous les soirs à l'extérieur et comme l'insonorisation est inexistante, impossible de dormir en paix. Comme ce n'est pas un hôtel, il n'y a pas de service de ménage, pas de réception, aucun produit de base fourni. Aussi, le stationnement est situé loin de l'hébergement en bas d'une côte que vous devez gravir tous les jours avec vos bagages et vos courses. La seule information qui s'est avérée véridique est l'emplacement de l'hébergement. Pire séjour à vie réservé avec Expédia. NE RÉSERVEZ PAS CET HÉBERGEMENT!

Ce n'est plus un hôtel mais une résidence . Tout les apparts on été vendu a des particuliers. Plus aucune animations a part la piscine. Restaurant et bars sont fermés. Tout est laissé a l'abandon c'est dommage

L’hôte d’accueil Monsieur Denis remplit son rôle de manière exceptionnelle Il nous fait découvrir l’appartement en entier en soulignant bien tous les aspects pratiques.Il nous fait visiter tous les lieux de localisations tels la plage,la piscine,les restos,l’épicerie,les boutiques,etc.L’appartement de 2 chambres offert est spacieux,confortable,décoré avec goût et d’une grande propreté.Un endroit où il fait bon vivre.Je recommande à tous.

2日に一度夕方から朝まで水道が止まります。そのため部屋には空きペットボトルの中に水道水を入れたものが30本程、常備されており水道が止まるとトイレを流すのに使用したり手洗い等に、使います。水道水がでている間に用意しないと連泊の方は痛い目にあいます。4泊中2日シャワーを浴びれず就寝することとなり、とても不快でした。オーナーのご夫妻はとても良い方で滞在中、WhatsAppでやりとりしサポートをしてくれました。洗濯機はありましたが乾燥機は無く、ベランダや部屋で干せました。金曜日から月曜日のスーパー休日が多く買えるときに飲み水は買って置いてください。自販機もなく不便でした。部屋は2階でエレベーター無し、駐車場から急な坂道で荷物の運び入れがしんどかったです。
