Village of St-Bernard à la Montagne, via small country roads, 30 minutes from the capital St-Denis, 35 minutes from La Possession and 10 minutes from the center of the mountain and its shops.
Charming Villa F4 with 3 bedrooms, 1 without opening onto the outside, large living room, fitted kitchen, large enclosed terrace, bathroom with corner bath.
Beautiful sea view, not overlooked, quiet and pleasant location, close to the Colorado tourist site and its golf course, as well as hiking trails.
2 parking spaces available. Bus stop at 50m.
We are installed at the back of the villa in joint ownership, in all discretion and will remain at your disposal for any information and to make your stay pleasant.
