Super emplacement !

Tres belle vue sur la baie. Supers couchers de soleil. Logement agréable, bonne literie, quelques équipements de cuisine seraient a améliorer : couteaux qui coupent mal, pas d ouvre bouteille, aspirateur à changer. .

Vue magnifique de la terrasse, à 2 mns de la plage de la Madrague et tarif compétitif. A noter: un filet anti-pigeons gâche un peu la vue de la terrasse.

Presque parfait...

Le logement est bien situé avec vue mer, la résidence est calme. Par contre, devoir déplacer le comptoir de la cuisine chaque soir et chaque matin pour pouvoir déplier le lit-armoire c'est usant. Une cuisine en angle aurait sans doute permis d'éviter cela. Les parois extérieures du réfrigérateur chauffent énormément et il peine à refroidir les aliments. La conso électrique doit en pâtir. Les couverts sont à remplacer (fragiles) ainsi que le manche du balai réservé aux moins d'1,50 m ;-)

Appart conforme mais non fonctionnel

L'appartement est conforme à l'annonce. Cependant, beaucoup de choses pratiques à savoir ne sont pas mentionnées. Effectivement, l'appartement ne dispose pas de draps, torchons, serviettes et tapis de bain (a louer auprès de l'agence) Le Wi-Fi est également en supplément. De plus les matelas ne sont pas très confortables. Les équipements sont de mauvaise qualité : couverts cassés, douche qui se bouche, aspirateur médiocre... Mais les employées de l'agence étaient très aimable.
