  • This old house of sailor, recently renovated, is located in the heart of the Regional Natural Park Loire Anjou Touraine, in the Saumur, in the town of St. Clement levées.

    Its location, close to the paths of the Loire by bike (50 m), offers the possibility of hiking and cycling, as well as fishing and nautical activities. Very many tourist sites exist nearby: castles, troglodytes, small cities of character, museums, vineyards and various festivals throughout the year.

    This cottage of 4 people of 85m2 is installed in an independent house on one level surrounded by a large garden with flowers and trees. It includes a large living room with fireplace, a large kitchen with a dining area, 2 bedrooms with 1 bed 140, a bathroom with walk-in shower and separate WC. In front of the house is a patio covered with vineyards where you can have lunch or dinner in the shade. The orchard behind the house offers its flowers and fruits.

Excellent deuxième séjour au gîte des mariniers où il fait bon vivre. Le gîte est d’une propreté irréprochable, très confortable, parfaitement équipé. Il ne manque rien. Avons passé un bon séjour à Saint-clément-des levées, tout près des bord de la Loire. Piste cyclable à proximité. Visite de la ville de Saumur et vu son château magnifique, pour finir une balade en gabare sur la Loire. A voir aussi Rosiers sur Loire.Le gîte devient un peu vétuste, par rapport aux photos. Un peu déçus sur la propreté de l'extérieur, feuilles mortes partout. Arbres et plantes cachent trop la maison cela est très sombre. Autrement intérieur propre sans.

Nettes Häuschen mit schönem wilden Garten

Uns hat es in dem Ferienhäuschen sehr gut gefallen. Das Haus liegt nahe der Loire und es gibt fußläufig Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Es war sehr schön auf der überdachten Terrasse zu sitzen. Alles war sehr sauber. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Wir haben gut geschlafen

Sejour très agréable. Gite *****. Spacieux, les deux chambres séparées par le sejour, la cuisine et les sanitaires offre une intimité compléte. Propreté, RAS. L'acceuil très cordial avec bouteille de rosé local au frais. Emplacement a 3 minutes de la Loure à pieds permets de se balader même si pour nous le débordement de la Loire ne nous l'as pas permis. Situation à 15 minutescde Saumur et de différents chateaux. Nous recommandons cette location et y retourneront certainement.

Gîte spacieux et bien équipé

Séjour agréable. Le temps ne nous a pas permis de profiter beaucoup du jardin (canicule puis orage), mais les espaces devant et derrière la maison sont agréables . La maison est restée assez fraiche pendant les fortes chaleurs ce qui était appréciable. À 15 minutes de Saumur, très facile et rapide pour les visites.

Liebevoll renoviertes Haus mit tollem Garten

Wir hatten zwei wunderschöne Wochen an der Loire in diesem liebevoll renovierten Haus. Vor allem der Garten hat uns sehr begeistert, aus dem wir uns reichlich mit verschiedenen Früchten bedienen durften. Das Haus liegt geschätzte 100 m von der Loire entfernt, was wir gerne für Angeln genutzt haben. Die Kommunikation mit der sehr netten Vermieterin war ausgezeichnet und unkompliziert. Von hier aus kann man tolle Ausflüge unternehmen: Schossbesichtigungen (vor allem Château Riveau und Brézé), Ausstellungen (uns hat besonders der Streetartparc bei Candes St Martin am Château Moh gefallen), Fahrrad- oder Kayaktouren. Aber auch die umliegenden Dörfer und Städte wie Saumur, Tours oder Angers sind absolut sehenswert. Vielen Dank für eine schöne, sehr entspannende Zeit!

Das war eine schöne Zeit an der Loire

Das Haus ist sehr schön und geräumig. Es wurde erst vor zwei Jahren renoviert und ist wirklich gut ausgestattet. Wir waren drei Wochen vor Ort und haben dort einen idealen Ausgangspunkt für unsere diversen Erkundungstouren mit dem Rad oder mit dem Auto gehabt. Corinne ist eine sehr aufmerksame und hilfsbereite Vermieterin, die sich um das Wohl ihrer Gäste sorgt, obwohl sie nicht vor Ort ist. Ein wunderbarerObstgarten hält mehr Früchte bereit als man überhaupt essen kann. Im Garten hinterm Haus fehlen nur noch bequeme Liegen, dann wäre das Urlaubsglück perfekt. Also alles in allem: wirklich empfehlenswert!
