Reversible air conditioning in every room. Private parking. 70m2 terrace with garden furniture. Unobstructed view of the surrounding countryside. The garden is adjacent to a hiking trail (hiking, biking, equestrian). 5x10 pool with summer kitchen (shared with the owners who profit at discretion).

offene Galerie (mit 2 zusätzlichen Schlafmöglichkeiten, Klimaanlage und
Fernseher). Umschaltbare Klimaanlage in jedem Zimmer. 70m2 terrace set
diversen Gartenmöbeln: Stühle, Tische und Liegen. Freie Sicht auf die
umliegende schöne Landschaft. Privatparkplätze. Der Garten grenzt year
einen Wanderweg (Wandern, Radfahren, Reiten). Auf dem roomy
Grundstück befindet sich ein 5x10m-Pool mit Sommerküche (gemeinsam mit
Eigentümern den, die nach eigenem Ermessen profitieren davon lassen).

St. Chamas hat einen eigenen Hafen, samstags Markttag mit vielen
regionalen Produkten und eine eigene Seifenherstellung am Ortsrand.
Ausflugsziele sind schon im Nahbereich zahlreich vorhanden.
