This pretty holiday flat is located on the ground floor of a small residence with several residential units, very close to the first sandy beach (600m). With its comfortable furnishings, the small terrace in front and its own parking space, you will find everything you could wish for on holiday here. The popular seaside resort on the Emerald Coast offers a wide range of sports and leisure activities with 7 fine sandy beaches, tennis courts, a water sports centre and one of the most beautiful golf courses in Brittany, swinging with a sea view guaranteed! There are attractive excursion destinations in the surrounding area, such as the charming seaside resort of Dinard (25 km), the corsair town of St Malo (32 km) and the world-famous Mont St Michel, which is just over an hour's drive away. A security deposit of EUR 50,00 will be required closer to your check-in date. You will receive a separate communication with the payment link. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services such as cleaning, service charges, consumption, damages or any additional charges incurred during stay. Any balance from the deposit will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.
