"Friendly host and clean interior, but high price tag for low amenities We booked this last minute hoping for a peaceful farmhouse stay surrounded by rolling hills. While the estate is in the countryside, the guest house itself is tucked inside the property with no view of the surrounding landscape, which the listing photos slightly misleadingly suggested. The Good: The accommodation is newly renovated, very clean, and the host was friendly. The Drawbacks: Safety & Accessibility: The stairs...

Top Saint-Carne Hotel Reviews

Pierre & Vacances Résidence Ty Mat

10/10 Excellent

"Séjour très agréable dans une région magnifique.etablissement très propre. Manque peut être une porte d entrée à côté de la piscine. 5e l emplacement voiture serait suffisant à mon goût."

Kyriad Prestige Saint-Malo

10/10 Excellent

"Very good modern hotel with helpful staff. Easy parking and comfortable room. Great swimming pool, but wish that we'd been warned that it closes from noon to 1pm for cleaning. No restaurants within walking distance. We knew that there were no kettles in the rooms, so brought our own."

Domaine du Limonay, The Originals Collection

8/10 Good

"Was disappointed that hot tub was not working as that was one reason we chose this hotel - however made good use of the swimming pool which was nice. Nice hotel overall in pleasant quiet surroundings. Room was large with nice balcony but some items could do with updating such as the bath which appeared badly stained or could do with a good clean. Had dinners/starters in bar area which were good."

Escale Oceania Saint-Malo

10/10 Excellent

"An immaculate room in a well maintained property. Unfortunately my room was at the rear of the property with no sea view but other than that I couldn't fault it. Just a one night stay so didn't use any of the facilities. They have parking but notably it was full on the night I was there. Might be a good idea to book this in advance as parking seemed to be in high demand in the area. Recommended."

La Maison des Armateurs

10/10 Excellent

"My wife and I stayed for two nights in September 26. This was our first stay in St Malo and we wanted a central location for our stay. The hotel was fantastic. A very short walk from the main car parks and in the heart of the city, just off the main drag. The hotel itself is very good; the staff were excellent; breakfast was great. The hotel sent a pre-stay survey to help them make our stay as enjoyable as possible. We had great restaurant and bar recommendations, and everything felt really personal. The hotel belongs to a family that also has creperies and bakeries in the city. The quality of the breakfast pastries was fantastic. The best mini pain au chocolat Ive had in ages. Highly recommended"
