Très bel intérieur

La maison est spacieuse, bien agencée et décorée avec goût. Les chambres sont exquises, modernes et grandes. Le jardin est au soleil toute la journée. Il est grand mais manque d’entretien. Armelle est très attentionnée, dommage de ne pas l’avoir rencontrée. La cité n’est pas très vivante. Saint Briac est un village magnifique, qui regorgent de ruelles moyenâgeuses. Le bourg, qui se trouve à 15-20 minutes de marche est typique d’un village Français. Bref, un séjour parfait.

Tromperie

1- L’annonce précise que les draps sont fournis. À l’arrivée, non seulement il manque des draps, mais il y a un message informant que l’utilisation des draps entraînera un paiement de 20 euros par lit. 2 - Alors qu’il n’y a aucun doute que la maison a été laissée en bon état, le propriétaire a décidé arbitrairement et sans justificatif de débiter 200 Euros de la caution au motif qu’il y aurait eu des dégâts. Je ne sais pas pourquoi Abritel a laissé faire ce débit, que nous allons bien sûr contester. Bref, attention aux mauvaises surprises.

Très bonne location à Saint-Briac

Maison moderne, très fonctionnelle avec 4 grandes chambres et un bon équipement. Située à quelques minutes de la mer, nous avons passé d'excellentes fêtes de fin d'année à Saint-Briac entre les gouttes ! La région aux alentours est en plus magnifique (Saint Lunaire, Dinard, …).

Bon séjour au calme pour notre escapade Route du Rhum 2022

Grande maison agréable et bien localisée. Très bien équipée, tous les espaces sont très spacieux et fonctionnels. Saint-Briac-sur-Mer a énormément de charme, et ce même sous la pluie ! A recommander, définitivement !

Très bon séjour

Comme indiqué dans l'annonce, la maison est neuve, propre et bien située, à quelques minutes à pieds du centre de Saint-Briac et des plages, dans un quartier calme. En outre, des vélos sont mis à disposition. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour, St Briac est très agréable et la région est magnifique. La situation de la location permet de visiter facilement St Lunaire, Dinard et St Malo notamment.

UN EXCELLENT WEEK END PROLONGE A ST BRIAC

Maison moderne spacieuse,confortable,très bien équipée dans un état irréprochable.la grande terrasse est très bien exposée.le garage pour les vélos est appréciable ainsi que la place de stationnement devant la maison. je recommanderai sans hésiter cette location.

Maison très bien agencée et agréable à vivee

La maison est conforme à l annonce, très bien pensée et organisée pour nous accueillir. Sa situation est idéale pour rayonner sur la région et se balader à St Briac. Armelle est à l écoute des ses vacanciers ce qui est véritablement agréable. Recette idéale pour des vacances réussies !

Très bon sejour

Maison contemporaine, très calme, bien équipée, conforme aux photos de l annonce. Propre, literie confortable, de l’espace dans les chambres et le séjour. Le prêt de vélo est génial, et permet de faire de belles balades dans les environs. Très bon contacts avec la propriétaire, qui donne de nombreux conseils sur la région. La maison n est pas en bord de mer (<2km), mais ce n’est pas gênant (vélo et chemin permettant également de rejoindre le GR 34 à St Lunaire). St Briac est idéalement placée pour explorer la magnifique cote d’émeraude.

Saint-Briac-sur Mer

Tout c'est bien passé. Accueil charmant du fils de la propriétaire. La maison ėtait très propre, refaite à neuf, et conforme par rapport à l'annonce. Nous avons apprécié le jardin, la terrasse et la plancha. À recommander.
