La propriétaire est très sympathique, mais le logement est assez cher par rapport à sa qualité. À première vue, on pourrait penser qu'il s'agit d'un petit coin de paradis, mais en y regardant de plus près, il y a quelques points négatifs. Notamment, il y a beaucoup de toiles d'araignée un peu partout, le matelas est très dur, et les coussins sont très fins. De plus, le toit laisse passer la lumière et le logement n'est pas bien isolé sur le plan thermique ou acoustique. Il est même impossible de verrouiller les portes de l'intérieur ou de l'extérieur. L'équipement en vaisselle est très basique, et le ménage semble avoir été fait rapidement, car on retrouve encore des restes de nourriture dans le four à micro-ondes. En somme, il y a vraiment besoin d'un travail de finition important.
