Logement occupé à notre arrivée !

Quelle mauvaise blague ! Nous arrivons à la réception et notre logement est déjà occupé . L'hôtesse très aimable prend ses renseignements et nous dit que notre location a été annulée ! Sauf que nous n'avons reçu aucun mail à ce sujet et 3 jours plus tôt un mail confirmant nos dates de location. Le motif d'annulation transmis le lendemain: dates réservées sur une autre plateforme ! Nous avons alors réservé 2 nuits mais au tarif explosé (le double) !!! Le camping est super mais la communication d'Abritel est scandaleuse.
