"Was very nice"

"This motel is absolutely disgusting. on check in, found the spare toilet roll covered in urine and blood on the floor. after speaking to the owner (who offered to re-clean the room, it was decided that this motel was unfit for use. our rep ended up not staying and checked into another motel. we are requesting a full refund. i would never allow someone to stay in this motel. yes we have photos."

"The room we wasn’t very clean, dust on skirting boards, hair on carpet. The bathroom floor is very old with ripped Lino, the shower looks dirty where the silicone is in the joins. Bathroom heater had no chord so wasn’t useable, fan in bathroom very noisey & it goes when light is turned on. The fan heater in main room was also very noisey, tried to keep it going at night as it was cold, but it kept disturbing us. Also traffic noise day & night as was on main road though we were towards the back of the property. We came home at 745pm to find a car in our allocated park, reception closed & no one answered the bell. Had to door knock to find who’s car it was, they refused to move so we parked in their units carpark"

"There was no kitchenette as advertised, Had to take the kettle outside to fill from a garden tap. Only one pillow that flattered down to nothing. The toilet window could not shut fully and the toilet paper was a large roll of paper so narrow it made it very hard to complete the business. I realised it was cheap but never again, in the add for the single room it had photo's of what i can only assume was another bigger unit. Very disappointing. "

"This was a brilliant short notice and impressive find. The host greeted us warmly and made us feel welcome. The room and facilities were absolutely spot on. The room was excellent. Very clean and a very good size. The bed was really big and comfortable. The whole stay was excellent. Thankyou."
