"This was by far the worst hotel we’ve stayed at in a while. The hotel was full of very intoxicated people being very loud all night long. They were screaming, banging on doors and being obnoxious at 2 am. The room was boiling hot and the thermo pump wasn’t working. It constantly made a very loud noise all night long that kept us all awake. The shower head was shorter than I was, and I’m 5ft10. When I went to the front desk to see if we could be moved or someone could take a look at the problem with the thermopump, I was told nothing could be done. We spent almost 500$ for a weekend there. It was not worth the price at all. No one comes to clean your room during your stay. I would give it 0 stars if it was possible. "

On a réussi à parler à une personne d’un hôtel de Quebec qui a appelé la police. Le party a repris dès que la police est partie. C’est déplorable qu’aucun employé ne soit sur place ou même dans la ville la nuit"
