"The homes (estates 1 and 3) were fantastic and easily able to host our group of 20 people (mostly couples)!We almost didn’t book because the location is about 45 minutes from Phoenix airport, but the remote location turned out to be a huge plus... lots of peace and quiet! The pool and hot tub setup worked really well for the group, though a bit more shade would’ve been nice during the day. Overall, everything was practical, comfortable, and well-equipped. We had an amazing, memorable week and would definitely book again!"

"We booked this property primarily for the pool and spa, as the listing featured multiple photos showing both in clean, usable condition. However, the description did not clearly communicate that the spa was no longer available. This was only mentioned in a single line buried at the bottom of the listing, which was easy to miss and did not adequately reflect the overall impression created by the photos and description. The listing should have been updated to remove misleading photos and better state that the spa was gone.Upon arrival, there was no spa, and the pool was in a filthy, unusable condition. We reported the issue immediately, and although someone contacted us that evening about cleaning the pool, no one came during our stay until an hour before checkout. The technician confirmed the pool was unusable.On our first day, I made multiple calls to report the problem but was unable to get any meaningful resolution. I was even told the situation was my fault for not reading the listing thoroughly, which was frustrating given how unclear and misleading the information was.Additionally, on our only full day at the property, the host asked to send someone to inspect the property, offering a partial discount for the inconvenience. This further disrupted our stay.Overall, this experience was disappointing. The listing was misleading, the pool was unusable, and the issue was not resolved in a timely manner. We believe a significant refund is warranted given the circumstances."

"We had a great stay at Paradise Canyon and overall really enjoyed the property and the Arizona setting. The location is beautiful, quiet, and exactly what we were looking for to relax and unwind. The home itself is very nice and has a lot of potential to be a top-tier rental with just a few small improvements.There are a few things that would really elevate the experience for future guests:    •    Providing more towels would be helpful, especially for larger groups or longer stays    •    Some of the doors didn’t shut properly or were inoperable, which made things a little inconvenient    •    Additional outdoor lighting would make the property feel safer and more usable at night    •    The hot tub being an extra charge wasn’t very clear upfront—better communication on that would be appreciated. None of these issues ruined our stay, but addressing them would make a big difference. Overall, we had a great experience and would consider staying again with those improvements in place. We hope to be back in the future. Our 4 families Spring Break was a memorable one! All 18 of us thank you for providing such a wonderful place. "

"We really enjoyed our stay, the house was perfect for 4 adults and one child. Very spacious with everything we needed. We met the owner Jimmy who was very nice and made sure we were good. "Jennifer and Dennis were the best hosts! Very friendly and accommodating. The apartment was cozy and stocked with every kitchen item possible. The bed was very comfortable. We loved relaxing in the early evening out on the “patio”. We will try to reserve it for our next visit to Apache Junction! "
