"Tub was not clean and shower had a leak that soaked the floors. Very rundown rooms. Some do the cardio machines in the gym were not even plugged in so could not use. Staff was super friendly. "

"The property is clean and new. Very basic, minimalist. No pots or pans because "they disappear" per staff but I was directed to a store to buy pots and pans. No ice machine as the in room fridges have them, but ours did not work. A/C was fine. There is no pool, and I missed that in the property listing. My fault, but it is worth noting in Phoenix/Mesa."

"This is my favorite VRBO I have stayed in. The house itself isn't overly fancy, but the backyard is perfect for hosting and for a big family. The thing I appreciated the most is all the "extras" the house provided. I have stayed in so many places where they give you the bare minimum. We had a ton of pool toys, plenty of toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, soap, etc. That is so rare in a VRBO. Plus, they leave things that other guests have left, like sunscreen, sun hats, ziploc bags, and even alcohol. We really appreciated all this and added to the "stuff". We would definitely stay here again. Plus - having comfortable king-sized beds in every room was priceless. "

"Everything was perfect. The house was amazing. Our grandkids kept calling it a mansion. They loved playing in the pool & hot tub. It was a great place to play hide and seek! There was plenty of room for our large family to spread out. I couldn’t believe how accommodating Terri & Anita were. Their response time was unbelievable. We struggled with getting the door to unlock & Anita was on the phone instantly with a solution. There were plenty of towels. We loved that they provided toiletries. The beds were so comfy. I could go on & on. I look forward to staying again;) "

"We loved the house! The pool and backyard was great. Only minor issues. The bed linens were clean but worn, need replaced. The BBQ grill was filthy my husband brushed and sprayed it down. Overall though we were very pleased and would come again. "
