"Such a lovely place and the staff were kind and generous. The common area is has everything you need to feel like you have your own personal space but also allows you to socialize as you want. Bicycle rentals were very convenient. Private rooms have plenty of space for luggage, even with the tatami mats"

"Amazing stay at this property! The property was clean, simple, and very convenient as it was merely a 5 minute walk to the nearest train station. The owner of the business personally took the time and effort to make our stay as enjoyable and accommodating. Breakfast was provided and there were plenty of restaurants and convenient stores nearby. The genuine hospitality and friendliness of the owner himself truly made this experience personable and one of kind. We definitely will recommend this...

"The staff was great. Made check in and check out very quick and easy. Although the room was smaller than I expected, it was still very clean and made the stay very enjoyable. It was located very close to a few train stations, which made getting around very easy. Also, was in walkable distance to Tokyo Dome, so if you are looking to go a baseball game, you can just walk there. "
The Royal Park Hotel Tokyo Haneda Airport Terminal 3
10/10 Excellent
"We arrived at the Haneda Airport after 10 pm. The location was perfect as the hotel is only a couple of minutes walk from Terminal 3 Arrivals. The room was clean and quiet. "
"The hotel was clean but aged, spacious for hotels in Tokyo. Great location as it’s close to metro but not too close to crowded areas. Japanese staffs were polite, friendly and professional as usual. However there are rooms for the rest to improve on. "
"Very clean and modern hotel. Room feels spacious, but is not much counter space because the furniture is designed to be minimalist.
The breakfast spread is very good. They have coffee and matcha machines.
Staff is very cosmopolitan and most of them speak English quite well. The hotel guests are also quite international.
There is a 24 hour Family Mart attached to the hotel, so you do not need to brave the elements if you need anything at any time.
The only drawback is that the location is quite poor. There are not many good eating places and although on Google maps it is a ten minute train ride from Tokyo station, be aware that the JE Keio line (on which Shiomi station lies) is a long 11-minute from Tokyo station proper. Factor that in when calculating travelling times."
