"hotel stay was good. Premises are a bit old, and in my opinion would require an update. Little shops and pharmacy in proximity, so it was good for solving last minute issues. Multiple bars and buffet restaurant available, with daily grilled meat/fish."

"Title: Appalling Experience – Unsafe, Unhygienic & Completely Misleading
My stay at Kaktus Somabay was a disaster from the moment I checked in on November 27, 2025. The first room was covered in thick dust, to the extent that my new iPad cover became damaged within minutes. When I reported it, management responded with denial and disrespect, insisting it “did not happen here.” Their attitude alone was unacceptable.
After being moved three times, every room had the same unhygienic dust problem....

10/10 Excellent
Great experience, hotel was great and staff were above and beyond. Spa was awesome, beach is great.
This is a green hotel, if you don't like green initiatives, do not go
Very difficult to organise and get to scuba diving ( the only down side for me, would have loved a better experience)
