Country house located in a small Corrézien village

Country house of 80 m2, completely renovated, not overlooked, 300 m from the center of the village of SADROC. It is located 15 kms from BRIVE LA GAILLARDE, (access by A.20), ideally located to visit our beautiful Corrèze, but also to discover the must-sees of the Dordogne, Lot and Vezère valleys. You will enjoy a large enclosed plot with garden furniture, an outdoor table and private parking. Barbecue facilities are available.

This house consists of:

- three bedrooms (one with a BZ of 140 cm), they are equipped with sanitary facilities and showers,

- a living room with TV and wifi,

- a large kitchen (oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher, microwave, fridge with small freezer, television )

Guests can enjoy hiking, road biking and mountain biking. A "city park" and a children's play area are located 800 m from the house.Accepted animals.

Très bon séjour en Corrèze. Maison agréable avec tout ce qu’il faut pour passer de bonnes vacances ainsi qu’un très grand terrain. Nous avons apprécié les arbres fruitiers pour de bonnes tartes ! Beaucoup de choses à faire et à visiter dans la région. Mr et Mme Barret sont des gens très accueillants et prévenants.
