"Would highly recommend this hotel. The staff were very helpful especially when our card stopped working for the door….they then gave us a couple. Very clean, spacious and quiet room. Breakfast was very good with a lot to choose from."

"Great location with lots of restaurants, shops, and attractions within walking distance. The hotel and service were great, and we were very happy with our stay overall. Just one tip: avoid booking taxis through the hotel, as we found the price was almost double what we would normally pay."

Loisium Wine & Spa Hotel Champagne

"This is an excellent hotel in Champagne which we also used as a great stopover on our family road-trip to Lake Annecy. The staff were friendly and welcoming and the rooms had great views of the vineyards. The spa and pool facilities were also very good although the area does get busy during peak hours as does the car park. The main hotel restaurant is lovely with great staff also and the daily breakfast is to a good standard. Overall, amazing hotel! My only other feedback would be that during our first stopover, there were no staff available during our checkout to help with luggage which for a party of 6 with multiple suitcases can get tedious and ideally, there should be this service at a 5* hotel. The gentleman at the desk refused to help since he had to “man the desk” (with nobody there since it was 7am anyway). We will definitely return though since overall, I would highly recommend this hotel."

"Very well situated hotel. Parking was easy in the underground car park (though it’s very small and feels even smaller in a right hand drive!). 10min walk to cathedral and a taxi pick up spot 2mins away. We stayed in the apartment which was very clean, but very tired and in need of a refresh. Shower head was broken and there was no kettle in the room. It was however, spotlessly clean and perfectly functional for our one night stay. Very helpful staff took our bags prior to check in so we could explore."

"The view from the room of the cathedral was stunning but the room was small. Valet staff were very helpful but check in was basic. We wanted to have a drink outside after dinner but there was a private party so no space was available."

"We enjoyed our stay here even though south of the city town center. It was still very convenient and close to everything. The room was nice and comfortable and clean. AC was not as cold as I like it to be, but sometimes it would kick on and it’d be really cold and nice. The staff is very friendly. They have a nice bar area and pool area. Even have a pool table and play area for the kids. I love most about this hotel was the fact that you can park your car for free and that was so convenient and so nice you didn’t have to valet your car or wait for your car. You just walk out and there your car was. It was so nice! . We will stay here again. Thank you for a great stay!"

"Location was excellent. Walkable to many restaurants, shops and activities. Unfortunately, painting was being done throughout the hotel, all day, everyday. This made for a foul smell and difficulty moving through the hotel. Rooms were very small with an unpleasant view."
