Reims City Centre Holidays from NZ$626

Even for a budget hotel, this fell short. All carpets need a serious deep clean, everywhere was just a bit shabby. Our room was large but needed massively updating and cleaning. It smelt of stale smoke. Broken lights, chipped wood, makeup stains on the bedding. Staff were very unhelpful. The one saving grace according to my children was that there was a pool table in reception. However, they were told they weren't allowed to play on it as they were under 16. Stay here with great caution. It's close to parc asterix but there are much better options for a similar price.

The air-conditioning didn't seem to keep up with the higher august temp but it was ok. breakfast is available for added fee, timing didn't allow us to experience this. The rooms were clean and the people there are very friendly.

I had a wonderful stay, lovely and lively staff members. You have a lot of amenities around it but the metro almost right in front of it beats it all. The room was cleaned everyday except you don’t want it done. The weather was not as bad as I expected it to be but the fact that the Air Conditioner was functional was a win with me. The room is small and bathroom also but it fits, the big shower head in the bathroom was a beautiful thing for me. It is a cozy nice place to stay if you don’t want to break the bank.

Nice clean property & very friendly staff

Extremely disappointed with the touted "air conditioning" throughout the hotel. My first room was 80+ degrees, despite staff insisting that the "A/C" was working. No air flow at all. Thermostats in the room do nothing whatsoever. Staff moved me to another room that was only 78ish degrees (no shade on the staff, they were lovely and kind), and I did my best to deal with it, but I never would have paid this much for a lack of real air conditioning. The additional 18€ breakfast buffet, however, was an incredible spread and absolutely worth the price.
