College Girlfriends had fun!

Our group of 7 college girlfriends had a great time and there was ample space for all of us to stay and hang out. We enjoyed the pool patio, just wish there were lounge chairs, but we did just fine without. The seating and kitchen worked great for us, and the communication with the owner was easy and responsive.

Family event

Great property for our family ( 3 adult children + grandchild) while in Elk Grove for a family event. Spacious with a well stocked kitchen (plenty of dishes and pots and pans) and plenty of towels. Owner was very accommodating to several special requests. Close to grocery stores (Nugget Market is the best; Trader Joes also nearby).

Nice large home with beautiful backyard pool

Host was amazing and quick to respond. The house is nice and big but could just a deep cleaning, very dusty! The backyard with the pool is beautiful but unkept. Weeds and overgrown landscape need work, dirty grilling and seating area.

Thanksgiving family get together

The house was big enough for all family to have their own bedroom. There are several neighborhood parks for kid play time. It was an easy trip to the Sacramento Railroad Museum and Sacramento Zoo. The manager accommoded are special requests.

This property is just right - bedrooms & bathroom upstairs and downstairs, nice neighborhood, 2 living room areas, a pool with outdoor table and chairs. This is the 2nd time my friends and I have stayed here and it's perfect for our gatherings. The downstairs bathroom has been neglected and is kind of unappealing. It's clean and everything works but some of the baseboards are literally crumbling, the hand towel hook is broken off and the wallpaper is bubbly. We will most likely stay there again and the property owner always has great communication, I just hope the downstairs bathroom gets some much needed TLC.

Very spacious and my family all enjoyed our time on this property. Decor inside and outside was super cute. Jillianne's house instructions were very clear and she was quick to respond if I had any questions and also accommodated to some of my requests. Would definitely recommend this to anyone!

Good location close to shopping and restaurants. Close enough to UC Davis Medical Center for our twice weekly appointments. Master bedroom was upstairs. Did not really use the outside as weather was cold. It would be great for kids.

Great Stay - loved the pool!

We stayed at this property for our annual college friends get together. We are 40 somethings who met in college and get together every year. This was a great location and house. The host was communicative and helpful. 2 towel holders were broken upon our arrival and there was only 1 kitchen towel. We brought laundry detergent so were able to wash it in the washer/dryer provided for our use but it would have been nice to have a few more kitchen linens.
