If you're planning on catching a concert or basketball game, you'd be happy to know that this home is VERY close to the Golden 1 Center.

There are plenty of things to do around the area, including many things within walking distance such as a family friendly park, the State Capitol Museum, Old Sac, Farmer's Markets, dining, shopping and more! Don't forget to take advantage of what this town has to offer during winter time, including an ice skating rink and a special lights ceremony.

We are here for you during your stay, but our level of interaction is up to you. We're only a phone call or message away. You will be able to self check in upon arrival.

■ Check in time is AFTER 4pm and checkout is BY 11am. We are pretty flexible if you ASK US IN ADVANCE.

■ Please remember that you’re staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the place with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on-site 24/7.

■ Please note that profiles with a lower review rating than 4 stars will not be allowed to book our property on an instant book basis and if for whatever reason the reservation confirms through the system, the reservation may be cancelled. For guests with new profiles without reviews, these requests will be reviewed manually and will be subject to screening and questioning before a reservation may be confirmed.

■ As a reminder, no smoking is allowed at our property. If we discover that a guest has smoked in our home, they will incur a $250 charge to cover the costs of cleaning the property.

■ Checkout is 11am, which gives us enough time to have the home properly cleaned and sanitized before the next guest arrives. If a guest requests late checkout, the maximum checkout time we can provide is 1pm. However, the guest will incur a charge of $20 per extra hour after 11am.
