Detached Guest Cottage Backs to Private Park In Midtown Sacramento

Nestled in a quiet, charming neighborhood located in thriving midtown Sacramento, our fully detached guesthouse in Boulevard Park offers the best of everything. We are an easy walk to the Capitol, minutes from your choice of 5-star restaurants, and local coffee roasters. Golden One Center, the waterfront, and Old Sacramento are a quick ride share or Jump Bike ride. Renovated in April 2019, our well-equipped guest house backs to quiet green space and offers a private patio with gas fire table.

The space is equipped with everything you need for a weekend, a week, or a longer stay. Newly renovated with a "back to the studs" remodel completed in April 2019, the guesthouse has central heat and air, in-suite washer and dryer, quartz counter tops, white kitchen with dishwasher, garbage disposal, and stainless steel appliances. The modern bathroom with a spacious walk in shower boasts a luxurious rain shower head and lighted mirror over the vanity.

The bedroom has a queen bed and black out shades behind the light filtering shades to allow you sleep in, if that's your jam. High end linens and a curated design will make you feel as if you've booked a swanky resort room!

The living area has comfortable modern furniture and a flat screen TV. We provide a Roku with Netflix and DIRECTV NOW, which means you can watch what you want, when you want. The upgraded sound system with sound bar means a movie in is almost as good as a movie out.

Hungry? You're in luck! While the guesthouse is all provisioned for cook at home meals, we are located just blocks away from Midtown Sacramento's thriving farm to fork restaurant and bar scene. Nice place in midtown Sacramento

Work Trip

I was traveling for work and found this gem! This place is great. Very clean, comfortable and quiet. Within walking distance to many great restaurants, retail shops, coffee shops, and workout places. I will try to book every time I need to go to Sac for work!

This stay could not have been more perfect! very cute, quiet and clean property that was very walkable to midtown and downtown. I have to travel through Sac a couple times a year and going to ensure I book this property every time moving forward!

Perfect little guest house

It was a very cute and clean guest house that looked straight from a magazine. Everything was very well maintained and the renter was very communicative and friendly. The neighborhood itself was gorgeous. If I come back out this way I would love to stay here again!

Modern and clean. Nice amenities, easy access. great neighborhood...I think it's called Lavender Heights. Found a walkable coffee shop called Old Soul. Great stay overall!

Midtown Cottage

Loved my stay: clean, safe, nice decor and garden, good communication, walking distance to many things. L.R. and bedroom windows overlook someone's driveway and their cars coming in and out, but the neighbors were quiet so really didn't disturb me. Overall the ambiance was great!

Location! Location!

What an amazing little gem in a desirable midtown Sacramento location. Perfect in every way. Communication with property owners was excellent. Very quiet and secluded in the back yet a block or two from all the action of restaurants and events such as Second Saturday. Lots of extras that provide great creature comforts. Really enjoyed our stay here and would not hesitate to book again

Clean, Cozy, Walkable & Lots to do and see!

This guest house was just right. Husband and I were in town for a wedding. First time in Sacramento so much to see and do, along with plenty of restaurants and coffee shops. Took a food tour, drove to Placerville, visited downtown Sac, and the railroad museum. So much history. Hope to visit again to explore and discover more. Good communications with hosts. Thank you:)

Look no further!

I wasn’t sure what to expect visiting Sacramento but staying at this lovely cottage made us feel extremely safe. We parked our car out front and never used it the entire weekend. Everything (coffee, shops, breakfast spots, trendy restaurants, dinner, houses, thrift stores, and even the weekend Farmer’s Market) were in walking distance.The cottage is located amongst wide shaded streets and craftsman houses, and a bonus is that it backed up against a quiet open space where we could hear nothing but chirping birdsin the morning.The hosts were very communicative and pleasant. Overall, this was one of the best rental experiences I’ve ever has and I would highly recommend staying here!.
