Welcome to our Private Cozy Bed Room comes with 1 Queen bed and 1 Sofa bed (only if needed for the third guest) Amenities include free Wi-fi, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, fresh towels & linens, complimentary tea & coffee. Free Driveway Parking & Street parking available. Close to Sacramento International Airport (9 mi ), UC Davis (10 mi ), Cache Creek Casino (26 mi ). Accessible to I-5, Hwy 113 and Hwy 16 and Winters. Shared 1.5 bathroom. We have hallway and front door surveillance camera. No pets allowed, one of family member is allergic to animal dander.
