Portland Harbor Hotel

Stayed two nights and would have expected housekeeping to come in once to pick up used towels and drop off clean ones...didn't happen. Expected housekeeping to at least empty the two small trash baskets...didn't happen. Was totally surprised at the charge levied for paying guests to park their vehicle...never ...
