"The condo was exactly as listed and perfect for our ski weekend. I just wanted to mention that even though the property is listed on VRBO, Vacasa is managing the unit. They responded to my questions but not right away. It took a few days. As an owner that uses VRBO for renting our property, I feel that a timely response goes a long way. Thaty would be my only complaint. When Vacasa did respond, they were professional and answered the questions."

"We loved staying in the condo- very conveniently located for quick stops during the ski day. We also loved the large windows and deck facing the sunrise. Great location, very clean! Thanks and we would definitely come back!"

"Pros:Excellent view of the A/B quad lifts from the deck, 1 minute walk to the ski lift, good water pressure in the shower and nice hot water, very soft mattress (if you like that), comfortable pull out couch (more firm than the bed mattress), fully equipped kitchen, had everything we needed for a great stay. Cons:Kitchen utensils, pots and pans were all dirty and needed to be washed before use, physical key to get in the unit and the dead bolt was very tricky to lock and unlock. Took almost 10 minutes to get in the unit as the dead bolt wouldn’t move and we didn’t want to break the key. It loosened up the more we used it, but never worked smoothly on the first try. Weird that the ski locker has a digital keypad lock but not the unit itself. Don’t bother messaging the host in the app as it took multiple days for them to respond. Instead, reply to the text message sent by Vacasa as they were responsive when we needed sheets for the pull out couch, the unit would shake like an earthquake whenever someone was using the shared laundry. Overall, we enjoyed staying here and would stay again. The cons were minor annoyances and the pros definitely outweighed the cons. "

"Great little ski home right on the mountain. Walk right to slopes (pro tip: walk a few steps uphill and get on Sunburst in the morning, to skip the slow base lift below)The rooms were fine, but be aware the walls are thin and/or partial-height, so it’s a bit intimate. I’d call it a “cabin” style setup.Hot tub was great, kitchen bathrooms etc were good enough. Parking fine for 3-4 cars.The fireplace had a “do not use” sign, but it was advertised as an amenity, so we inquired and got permission. A small discrepancy, but on that note…The Vacasa management was a downside: upon check-in the electric keypad had a low battery, and only worked intermittently (locking us out sometimes). We notified vacasa but nobody came during the weekend to look at it. We also asked for extra towels (for hot tub), and they simply told us no… lol.Comms went to a call center, making it impersonal at best. A bit disappointing. Regardless, this place was a great value for a small ski group. Location is a rare gem at this mountain; it’s simple but all we needed, especially for the price. Overall, I’d recommend."

"Such a convenient location. Check in was a breeze. Our first time at Okemo and was so glad to have been in a true ski in ski out. My only cons were two- the bedding was a bit questionable. Multiple stains on sheets, blankets, etc. Had I brought my own, would have felt much more comfortable. And the pull out is barely habitable. I would say bring an air mattress instead of thinking about the pullout as an option. I’ve been on many a pullout in my days and this was by far the worst one. "

"The place was great. You can't beat the location. The only issues I have were with Vacasa - Place was not set up (bedding and towels) for six people. Bedding came the second day and towels never came. "
