Pay a $500 deposit (refundable if no damage occurs to the property).

Pay a non-refundable $35 fee for the damage waiver.

Keyless Entry: The main door is equipped with a keyless lock. The code will be provided in the check-in details, which are sent directly to the guest the day before check-in.
