"The host was extremely helpful with the various requests I had. The villa is in a really unique place with gorgeous views. The building has an interesting construction with a lot of open space from the house to the terrace contoured by the pool; and the underwater pool can be seen through glass windows from one of the rooms in the bottom floor (beautiful feature). The only aspect that was surprising and disappointing was that the hot water is available only in the afternoons when the solar panels produce enough energy; however given the very warm weather the water is never cold"

"We came for 5 nights and had a fantastic stay and can’t wait to come back. We upgraded to the larger room on the second floor with a kitchen and a large balcony. The room was really clean and quiet. We enjoyed cooking some meals in the kitchen and the restaurant had excellent food. The restaurant on the property didn’t always have all the ingredients needed for cocktails, but there is a beach club nearby where you can get cocktails as well. There are bikes that you can ride around the property, and lots of activities. Staying there gives you access to the Playa beach club which also has pools and a gym and has access to Kalki beach. There are amazing beaches nearby within a short drive and we enjoyed the most incredible snorkeling seeing turtles, cuttlefish, and octopus. If you stay here, highly recommend renting a car and also know that the nearest grocery store is at least 20-30 minutes away. There are mini markets within about 10-15 min drive that have drinks and snacks though. The only con was that the beds were quite firm, but this place is outstanding and has everything you need for a wonderful stay. "

"The room was very clean at the ridge. All staff are friendly. The food at the restaurants on site were okay. Did night try the one restaurant where you could make reservations. The area is quiet with beautiful views all around "

"It was very good. The only thing to add, is the furniture on the terrace does not at all reflect the photo. They have many units for rental, and our terrace furniture was not confortable at all. The same observation was made from other tourists renting other units. "

"Second stay at Lagun Blou. It’s like a little oasis! The grounds are beautiful with peaceful nooks to relax while looking out at the ocean. View can’t be beat! Always very peaceful so perfect if you are looking to get away from crowds and other people’s noise. All the staff are very friendly and anxious to attend to any need. Love the little resort cats Jackie & Blackie that paid us a visit every day. Excellent snorkelling right off the resorts private dock. Within walking (or swimming distance ) to Playa Lagun beach. Rooms are clean and well equipped. We loved our stay!"
