"The rooms were very original, with authentic wooden beams, sloping walls and crooked stairs! Lots of character in this beautiful hotel! Would definitely stay again if stopping in the area. Lots of choice for breakfast. The courtyard was decorated for Christmas (late Nov stay) with beautiful lights and decorations. "

"Cozy room in center of Obernai which is very convenient. Only recommendation to the lobby personnel is to have some information on possible parking space alternatives if their reserved parking is full and the nearest parking is full too. "

"Room was not made up for 3 people as booked. We had to go back down to reception to let them know (as there are no phones in the room). They did remedy this quickly. The room listing however stated a single bed and it was a sofa bed. The lights in the bathroom were very temperamental - one would go off sometimes and sometimes all the lights would turn off. The water also didn’t come out from the sink tap sometimes. "
